becoming　ridiculous。　　　　　　　　　So　the　Prince　took　up　his　chair　　　　　　　　　　and　put　it　down　

again　　　　　beside　　　　　Tommy's；　　　　　　and　　　　employing　　　　　　skilfully　　　　his　　　　　undoubted　

diplomatic　gifts；　drew　from　her　bit　by　bit　the　whole　　　　　　　　　　　　　story。
